Moderation & Notice-and-Action Policy
Moderation Policy and Notice‑and‑Action Procedure (DSA)
Moderation Standards
To provide a safe and secure marketplace, Intergeo Shop reviews listings to ensure they comply with these Terms, applicable law, and the platform’s content standards. We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing that contains misleading information, violates intellectual property rights or discloses personal data. This is in line with Intergeo Shop practice of content modification to protect user privacy and security.
Notice‑and‑Action Mechanism
If you believe content on our platform is illegal or infringes your rights, you may submit a notice via email to info@intergeo.shop or through our online form. Your notice must include:
- The reasons why the content is illegal or violates rights;
- Precise location (URL or listing ID) of the content;
- Your contact details;
- A declaration that the information is accurate.
Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your notice and promptly assess it. If we remove or disable the content, we will inform the affected User and provide a statement of reasons. Users may appeal removal decisions through the designated appeals form. We maintain records of decisions as required by Article 17 of the EU Digital Services Act.
Traceability of Traders
Professional sellers must provide their identity information and business details during registration (Article 30 DSA). We verify this information and keep it on file but do not disclose it to buyers. Sellers must keep their details up to date.
Non‑Circumvention
Users must not attempt to circumvent the platform’s processes or policies, including by negotiating directly to avoid paying fees, or by exchanging contact information. Such conduct may result in suspension or termination. This reflects Intergeo Shop rule that all interactions and transactions must be facilitated by the platform.
