The Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 with T-Probe III is a high-precision laser tracking system designed for large-scale industrial measurement and multisensor metrology. It combines a long-range laser tracker with a wireless handheld probe (T-Probe III), enabling rapid coordinate acquisition, surface scanning, and reverse engineering workflows in manufacturing, assembly and inspection environments.
